To continue with raising the awareness of Anti-Racism, Leicestershire and Rutland County FA has teamed up with local Leagues and Clubs to highlight how important it is to enjoy playing football without having to hear racial comments.

The weekend’s awareness had to include two other teams. This time it was for Highfield Rangers FC U8’s and Asfordby Amateurs Juniors & Youth FC U8’s FC to take the stage. The game was played at Highfield Rangers FC ground. The young players and parents were given a brief explanation of what the campaign was about and asked parents to take the information away to other clubs. Prior to kick off both teams walked in line holding the Kick It Out flag onto the pitch for pictures and handshakes. Both teams were given badges and posters.
